This role is pivotal in managing sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets & driving strategic growth, within our organization. The role requires the ability to identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in the Beauty & Personal care industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care Market, strong strategic acumen, and a proven track record in sales management.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning· Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate and expandwithin the Beauty & Personal care industry.· Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategicinitiatives.Sales Management · Develop sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets. Revenue Generation· Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and client relationships.· Negotiate and close key deals with distributors, retailers/ drugstores/ pharmacies, and strategic partners.Market Expansion· Explore new market opportunities and develop entry strategies to maximize market penetration.Relationship Management· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers/ drugstores/ pharmacies, distributors, and industry influencers.Performance Analysis· Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growthopportunities.· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on businessdevelopment activities, progress, and achievements.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)· Proven track record of experience (2-5 years ) in sales management, preferably in the Beauty & Personal care, Pharma ,FMCG industry · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with key clients.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achievetargets and objectives.· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.· Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional sales performance and exceeding targets.If you are passionate about the beauty & personal care industry and possess the strategic vision to drive business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
