Senior Business Insights and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven professional to join our client's team as a Senior Business Insights and Analytics Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to shape business decisions for a key Walmart account, using Retail Link and advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive growth, optimize operations, and improve overall business performance.

Schedule:

Flexible — work across US Eastern and India time zones, depending on business needs.

About the Role

As a senior member of the analytics function, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, guiding data-informed decisions across sales, supply chain, and finance. You'll lead the analysis of Walmart Retail Link data, design performance dashboards, and proactively identify risks and opportunities that influence strategic direction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with high-level business storytelling and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of sales, inventory, and operational data from Walmart's Retail Link platform to identify key business drivers and performance trends.
  • Design and manage dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track category and item-level performance.
  • Partner with sales and supply chain leaders to develop data-driven strategies for improving replenishment, forecast accuracy, and on-shelf availability.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Retail Link analytics, mentoring junior analysts and enhancing reporting best practices.
