As a Senior Distribution Consultant, expectations are as follows :


• Candidates should have sharp business acumen, working knowledge of Industry specific KPIs, business operations and best management practices


• Go-to-market strategies for new Dealer / Distributor onboarding


• Facilitating Dealer/Distributor onboarding, territory management, and Channel Incentive structures for our client companies.


• Expertise in Channel Management


• Territory Expansion


• Distributor onboarding and go-to-market planning.


• Potential travel to Client Site as per need basis

Qualifications and Requirements:


• MBA


• 8+ years of experience with exposure to Channel Sales & Operations / Consulting in FMCG or allied sectors, Retail, Pharma and or Consumer Goods sectors etc.


• Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders


• Strong working knowledge of dealer / distributor onboarding best practices
