Business Finance Activities (Detailed)

  • Assessing and creating or developing business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects
  • Design and Operate Planning Models: Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecast, Actual Financials.
  • Drive Business to achieve Annual Financial Targets, Partner them to be more effective and efficient.
  • Understand Business Models, Processes and Design and Operate Cost structures to understand Department Costs in detail, Identify Cost variables, Initiate and drive with business cost control initiatives.
  • Analyzing new investment and preparing Cost Benefit Analysis, Return on Investment Reviews, Pay Back Period Analysis etc.
  • New Business Review: Review and Analyze new business commercials, Cost Models, Suggest right Commercial model for Clients, Build and Recommend Loaded Rate Cards, Ensure comprehensive of cost coverage in Customer Pricing, Drive Margin exception process. Etc.
  • Management Reviews: Prepare presentations for financial results for Board, Audit Committee, Senior Management and Business Heads.
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis, research, financial reporting, and progress reports to senior management
  • Partnering Business in new Growth Markets with Identification of Total Addressable Market, market Research, Competition Landscape, Competition Financial Analysis, Margin Profile etc.
  • Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growthRole & responsibilities
