Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Relationship Manager/Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage and grow customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and promote MRHFL's housing finance products. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting client assessments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other internal teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining current market knowledge, identifying operational improvements, and adhering to compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in relationship management, client handling, and developing long-term customer connections
  • Experience in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets in the financial services domain
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction skills
  • Knowledge of housing finance or banking products will be an advantage
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic planning
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the housing finance industry will be considered an added advantage
