Senior Finance Manager
Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 10+ Years | Full-time
Reports To: CFO
About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial management, tender finance, and statutory compliance for project-based operations. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with strong expertise in budgeting, tender documentation, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and financial tools
- Manage fund flow, reconciliations, audits, and MIS reporting
- Oversee tender finance, ensuring compliance with EMD, BGs, and contract terms
- Prepare cash flow statements, project budgets, and profitability reports
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and ROC filings
- Support the CFO in financial forecasting, cost control, and investment planning
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA preferred (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance may apply)
- 10+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or tender-based projects
- Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of government tenders, procurement, and contract law
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
Preferred Industry:
Events, Infrastructure, Museums, or Government-linked Projects
