Business Development Executive – Gulf Counselling Team

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (aligned with Gulf timings)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients/students from the Gulf region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • ☎️ Conduct proactive outreach calls and maintain a productive sales pipeline.


Prerequisites

  • Mandatory experience in EdTech Sales / Business Development.
  • ⏰ Flexibility to work in Gulf business hours (+1:30 hrs IST).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambitious, growth-driven, and target-oriented professionals.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
