Product Sales Specialist(CCaaS/ CPaaS/ UCaaS)

Product: Airtel IQ(CPaaS product)
The role includes developing new business leads, managing client relationships and close target business accounts. The role will require you to work with existing and new clients closely, understand their needs and drive sales growth as well as solution consulting for continuously drive the overall growth in enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
· Solution and business consulting in enterprise accounts for ensuring continuous closure of the sales funnel and penetration across use- cases in existing account
· Developing strategies for entering key accounts and drive up usage based revenue in existing accounts
· Ensuring right technology, product and collaterals support is given to Airtel Business account managers for continuously upselling assigned Airtel Digital products
· To exceed monthly sales and consulting targets by selling Airtel Business’ offerings across geographies
· Working directly with clients and partners to gather use-case requirements and ensuring successful product demos with right set of collaterals
· Coordinating and collaborating with product, engineering and airtel business sales teams to keep the growth motion going across deliverables
· Developing a strong direct touch sales pipeline, focused on the different verticals while understanding client needs and requirements.
· Drive business meetings on the field and work on accurate revenue forecasts across accounts and pipeline in the assigned region
Requirements
· 5-12 years of experience in IT Product or Services sales / Pre-Sales / Contact Centre Business / Management Consulting
· Strong experience of developing high impact sales pipelines for SaaS platforms
· Excellent in communication skills with enterprise sales / consulting exposure· Demonstrable experience of handling a technical commercial with elements of pre-sales and key account management
· Self-motivated person who can work independently and learn with the team
