What You'll Be Doing:


• Develop an in-depth understanding of Cryotos CMMS — from features and use cases to industry applications.


• Conduct engaging, personalized product demos that show prospects how Cryotos solves their specific challenges.


• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft solutions that align with their goals.


• Support new customers through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor, capturing feedback and sharing valuable insights with product and business teams.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to improve onboarding and product experience.


• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships that foster loyalty and value creation.
