Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on target companies and prospects.
  • Initiating conversations via cold outreach to generate interest is a plus.
  • Track buying signals (like funding, new hires, or M&A) to find timely opportunities.
  • Build and manage targeted account lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure accuracy for sales outreach.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong research skills.
  • Previous experience as a BDR or in an Inside Sales role is highly preferred.
  • A background in or understanding of the recruitment/hiring industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with various research and outreach tools.
  • Good communication skills.
