Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and handle all front-desk operations efficiently. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, attending calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor and employee records accurately in the logbook or digital system.
  • Handle correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room management.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and support.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams during events, guest visits, and student interactions.


Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
  • Pleasing personality, positive attitude, and professional etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in educational institutions or corporate offices preferred.
