Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through both project/channel segments.
  • Engage with Consultants, System Integrators, and End Customers to promote Digisol products.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and Channel Partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Generate and maintain a project pipeline; ensure Digisol product empanelment in upcoming projects.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving both project and channel business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
  • Execute promotional activities and channel engagement programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, meetings, and achievements.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and business development abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
