The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.About the Role: We are looking for an Area Sales Executive who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives.Responsibilities:Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers in their area.Meet Dealers as per call cycle plan.Collect market information, collecting competitor's data and sending it to management.Execution of sales strategies.Making PI, follow-up for invoicing and dispatch activities.Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team.Qualifications:A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience of Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry background.A bachelors’ or masters’ degree in sales/marketing.Thorough understanding of the industry.Exceptional communication skills.Flexible to travel to partner locations.Solution-oriented outlook.Ability to build lasting relationships.Required Skills:Exceptional communication skills.Solution-oriented outlook.Ability to build lasting relationships.Experience in the Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry.Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
