Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with key clients like Cognizant and Capgemini and Wipro in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and solution-oriented support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning goals, and organizational culture to tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, client satisfaction) and provide regular reporting
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through additional placements, service offerings, or strategic consultation.

Qualifications




Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
