Recruitment Relationship Manager

Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with account KPIs and compliance standards.
- Act as a Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with client processes and recruitment legislation.
- Guide and support Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators.
- Forecast hiring needs through analysis of recruitment activity.
- Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Help build and manage pre-qualified talent pools using market insights.
Your Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (staffing or corporate HR).
- Skilled in behavioral interviewing and managing multiple roles/stakeholders.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working with global teams is a plus.
