The Impact You’ll Drive

  • Lead full-funnel media strategies with clear focus on performance, scale, and ROI
  • Own and grow key client relationships, aligning media plans with business goals
  • Oversee planning, execution, and reporting for multi-industry campaigns
  • Mentor mid-level team members and raise the bar on delivery and thinking
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Explore new platform opportunities, lead A/B testing frameworks, and embrace automation
  • Present media insights and campaign performance in a way that sparks client confidence and action
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and long-term brand growth discussions


What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in media planning/performance marketing (digital-first agency preferred)
  • Hands-on experience building and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)
  • Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360
  • Comfort with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutions
  • Proven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomes
  • Sharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skills
  • Strong team leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication abilities
