Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and concerns
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Eligibility: HSC with minimum 6 months experience OR fresh graduates
