We are looking to expand our team in Chandigarh, India, and are seeking a talented Zoho CRM Developer with a passion for technology and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Development: Design, develop, and maintain customised Zoho CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Custom Application Development: Utilise languages such as Deluge to create tailored applications that enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
- API Integration: Implement various API integrations across different technologies, including RESTful and SOAP services, to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Front-End Development: Work with HTML, CSS, PHP, and CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, and CodeIgniter to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and other developers, to ensure timely delivery of projects. Utilise Agile methodologies to manage development cycles.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide ongoing technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Stay Informed: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Zoho CRM
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Deluge, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Experience or certifications in other CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot etc. is highly advantageous.
- Experience with CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, and CodeIgniter.
- Familiarity with various API integrations, including RESTful and SOAP services.
- Certification in relevant fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
