
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities● Identify and research potential clients within the education sector (e.g., schools,educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies).● Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration,tuition teachers and coaching centres● Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations throughworkshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events inresidential societies etc to generate new leads and foster relationships withdecision-makers.● Participate in / Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to buildbrand awareness and generate leads.● Present and demonstrate our educational products to prospective clients,effectively articulating their value proposition.● Establish and maintain relationships with the other teams of Allen● Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system forfurther management● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, andeducational policy changes.● Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators.● Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and market feedback tomanagement.● Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field.● 2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specificallywithin the education industry.● Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.● Strong understanding of the education landscape, including current trends,challenges, and purchasing cycles.● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.● Strong negotiation and closing skills.● Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of ateam.● Willingness to travel extensively● Language Known : English , Hindi , Regional Language (Bengali / Marathi etc )
