We're YouTribe — a creator-first platform built in India for people who are done dancing for the algorithm.
Our creators sell courses, communities, and digital products — and we're looking for a paid media hitman (or hitwoman) who knows how to make complete strangers click, convert, and cough up cash.
Your Job:
- Take $$.
- Target cold people who've never heard of us.
- Make them click.
- Make them buy.
That's it. That's the JD.
You Should Know Things Like:
Meta Ads Manager (not just the Boost button, please god)
Funnel basics (you know what a warm vs cold vs cooked lead is)
ROAS math — and how to improve it
Landing pages, A/B testing, UTM tracking, conversion events
What to do when your CPC is acting like it owns the company
How to fix broken ads without blaming the platform gods
You Might Be Our Dream Ad Machine If You've Ever Said:
