Performance Marketing Manager to work with Vygr Media to help drive measurable and efficient Social Media marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI-based outcomes to clients.

You will directly manage and optimize digital marketing strategies and carry out end-to-end execution to ensure maximum revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Position Type: Full time

Office Location: Work from Home

Remuneration: suitable increment based on previous salary drawn

KRAs:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, display advertising, and more.
  • Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs while minimizing ad spend through continuous optimization and A/B testing.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, including changes in algorithms, ad formats, and tools.
  • Manage and optimize budgets , ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on cost management.
  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements:

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint etc.)

A degree in marketing or a related field.
