Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, ROI-focused marketing campaigns
  • Oversee paid advertising across channels such as SEM, social, and display
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend efficiency across platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital ads, and analytics
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and growth strategies
  • Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
