About the role We're looking for a performance-focused Mobile App Growth Marketer to run and scale paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps. If you're someone who thrives on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, we'd love to have you on board.

Run and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installs and conversions

Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimisation

Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows

Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)

Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets

Experience with Web2App Funnels

Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.

Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)

Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI

Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
