Summary :
The Pre-Sales Technical person is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Hosted Desktops, DaaS, Cloud strategies and Enterprise Mobility Management solutions The candidate must have strong technical proposal writing and presentation skills to respond to RFPs, create technical content, build power point presentation, innovative in his approach. Should have international proposal writing experience
Job Responsibility :
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Builds productive relationships internally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Contract Negotiations and Management
- ROI/TCO Creation and Presentation
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
- Researches, writes and edits complex technical data for use in proposals.
- To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant
- Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations.
- Proficient in using Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio to create effective response documents.
- Work with technical team to take inputs and notes before producing the solution
Required Skill Set :
- Working knowledge of Desktop Virtualization using various technologies from vendors like Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, Linux and ASG.
- WAN technologies (routing, switching and general network infrastructure) including technologies associated with the cloud market.
- Data Centre services, OS- Windows and Linux based server systems, network storage systems, SAN, hyper converged architecture
- IMS Services and ITIL framework
- Cloud technologies and trends
