What You’ll Do:


Content Creation & Production

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of every campus events, student life and celebrations.
  • Plan with marketing manager to Conceptualize and shoot reels, interviews and promotional videos.
  • Edit and deliver content quickly to keep our online presence buzzing everytime


Editing & Design

  • Well-verse in editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Design engaging posts, carousels and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain NSB’s visual identity and storytelling tone across all content.


Social Media Management

  • Plan and post daily content as per the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter) and WhatsApp.
  • Write scroll-stopping captions and hashtags that connect with our audience.
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring creative ideas to the table.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in photography, videography, editing and social media management.
