Job Overview:We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to help shape and execute our social media presence, focusing on creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience. With 1-2 years of experience, you will manage and grow the company’s social media channels, execute campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to build our brand identity in the digital space.
Whether you prefer a full-time role (5 days a week) or a flexible consulting opportunity, we’re open to the right candidate’s availability and working style.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy tailored to the real estate industry, focusing on engaging property buyers, investors, and renters.
- Platform Management: Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand values.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement targeted social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to property listings, and generate leads.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a thriving online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
- Creative Content Development: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy tailored to each platform’s requirements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (e.g., engagement, impressions, click-through rates) and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Sizzle Properties ahead of the competition in the digital space.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, particularly in the real estate or property marketing space.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and how to optimize content for each.
- Creative Mindset: Excellent writing, graphic design, and video creation skills (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus).
- Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze social media performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Enthusiasm & Passion: Must be passionate and enthusiastic about social media marketing and real estate. A proactive attitude with a drive to make an impact.
- Demonstrable Assets: Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of past social media campaigns, posts, or content that demonstrate their creativity and results.
