. We serve professional athletes, corporates, gyms, and wellness facilities across India and the GCC.

We are growing quickly and are looking for a proactive 
Social Media Coordinator
 to support our India marketing operations.

Role Overview

This is an 
execution-focused, entry-level role
.

You will handle content scheduling, influencer coordination, on-ground event posting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Content Scheduling & Posting

  • Maintain and execute the monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Upload and publish posts, stories, and reels as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather product content, campaign assets, athlete footage, and event visuals.

Event Coordination & On-Ground Content Posting

  • Support on-ground during events, shoots, athlete activations, and brand experiences.
  • Capture and post live stories, reels, and updates 
    in real-time during events
    .
  • Coordinate with marketing partnerships, gym activations, and corporate wellness setups to ensure digital coverage.

Influencer & Athlete Coordination

  • Coordinate with influencers and athlete partners regarding deliverables, captions, timelines, and tagging requirements.
  • Maintain content trackers and follow up to ensure timely posting.
  • Share posting guidelines and support influencers with brand requirements.

Community Management

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly across platforms.
  • Engage with relevant profiles (gyms, athletes, fitness creators) to build visibility.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track daily insights from social platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Identify best-performing content and share actionable learnings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Communications / Business preferred).
  • Minimum 
    1 year experience
     in a social media or digital execution role.

Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and basic analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to use Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Personal Attributes

  • Self-driven and proactive with a sense of ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined with timelines.
  • Comfortable working on-ground at events and capturing content.
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, sports, or content creation is a plus.
