About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative
Junior Social Media Executive

to support our
Volunteering & CSR initiatives

. The role will focus on managing social media channels, creating engaging content, basic video editing, designing creatives on Canva, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders during volunteering events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging designs and reels using
    Canva

and basic video editing tools.
- Support in
event coordination

– handling communication, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Capture and curate stories from volunteering events for impactful storytelling.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns around CSR projects.
- Track social media insights and suggest improvements for engagement.
- Work closely with the CSR and Volunteering team for smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Mass Communication / Marketing / Social Work / or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience

in social media, content creation, or event coordination.
- Proficiency in
Canva

and
basic video editing tools

(CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for
social impact, CSR, and volunteering initiatives
