Job Overview:
Loyzo is looking for a Social Media Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to enhance our digital presence and engage our audience effectively. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who can develop compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
Develop visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms (posts, stories, reels). - Ensure all content aligns with Loyzo's brand identity and messaging.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions to optimize engagement.
- Strategy & Innovation:
Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions. - Stay updated on trending content, industry trends, and competitor activities to incorporate best practices.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Video Creation & Editing:
Create short, engaging videos showcasing our products, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content. - Use video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar) to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future content strategies.
- Track audience engagement, growth, and ROI of paid campaigns.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. - Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain an active community presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B
achelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a hybrid work environment.
- Passion for social media marketing and brand storytelling.
