Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Brand Strategist to manage and enhance the digital presence of our F&B brands. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative storytelling with data-driven marketing strategies to drive engagement, brand visibility, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for multiple brands, aligning with brand tone and marketing objectives.

 Create and manage engaging content including reels, carousels, and visual stories to boost audience interaction and reach.

 Lead food photography and videography projects for social media, menu updates, and campaigns.

 Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring authentic and impactful brand partnerships.

 Manage community engagement on Instagram, Zomato, and Google My Business.

 Craft compelling captions, copy, and brand stories tailored to each platform and campaign.

 Plan and execute festive and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and footfall.

 Oversee digital ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) and track performance using analytics tools.

 Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to maintain consistency between online presence and in-store brand experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Strong understanding of social media strategy, brand positioning, and storytelling.

 Proficient in content creation, photography, videography, and visual editing (Canva, Lightroom).

 Familiar with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress.

 Excellent copywriting and creative design abilities.

 Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

 Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

 Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management preferred.

 1–3 years of experience managing social media and brand strategy, ideally in the F&B or hospitality sector.

 Previous experience in creative fields (food styling, pastry, or design) is a strong advantage.
