Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful users of our platform. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to build a career in sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to drive conversions.
- Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Report and present sales progress, insights, and updates regularly.
- Manage email and telephonic communication with potential clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Goodscore’s products, market trends, and competitors.
- Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Utilize data effectively to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales or account management experience. Freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are welcome.
- Prior experience in inside sales or telesales is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must; fluency in any local language is preferred.
- Proven ability (or strong potential) to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
