Roles & Responsibilities:As a BDM, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by onboarding new clients and generating opportunities within the assigned region for consumer promotions, sales promotions, contests, and sweepstakes.Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met.Identify, prospect, and engage with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations.Develop and deliver customized sales and trade promotion campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, BTL/ATL promotions, and consumer engagement techniques.Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards and tech-based solutions.Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India's loyalty landscape.Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role within a B2B sales environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with a background in concept/solution sales.Experience in corporate sales, particularly in engaging with marketing heads, CMOs, and trade marketing teams.Proven ability to establish and develop industry networks and long-term client relationships.Preferably well-connected with decision-makers in sectors such as Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, and Banking.Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to travel across India.
