We focus on one clear goal - bringing popular offline product categories to e-ecommerce marketplace.What you will do here:- Find and grow new sub-categories that are successful offline but not yet big on the e-commerce marketplace- Identify the Sellers carrying these new sub-categories and work with Sellers to bring their products online- Provide growth backwards inputs to the Sellers to drive their business growth- Lead and mentor a growing and high performing inside sales team- Lead a strategic project for the team to drive better mechanisms and efficiencyWhat you need to succeed:- Strong business development or sales experience- Good at analyzing markets and spotting opportunities- Can make decisions when things aren't clear- Team management experienceIf you're good at growing business, enjoy solving market challenges, and want to lead a team while building something new at NTCPL, we would like to talk to you.Key job responsibilities- Identify and develop high-potential offline product categories for e-commerce marketplace- Build and lead a 12-to-13-member seller & selection acquisition team- Develop and execute category growth strategies with internal teams- Drive seller onboarding and Seller success metrics- Implement process improvements for seller experience- Manage strategic initiatives and escalations- Reduce operational defects in category-specific execution- Create and maintain seller acquisition pipeline using CRM tools- Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer and seller experienceBasic Qualification- More than 5 years of sales experience with >4 years of B2B sales experience- More than 3 years of direct people management experience- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience closing sales and generating revenuePreferred Qualification- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsClicktech and New Trends Commerce are equal opportunities employers.
