Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Salesforce SalesCloud and CPQ, including user management, security settings, workflows, validation rules, and data integrity. - Configure and customize Salesforce SalesCloud and CPQ to meet business requirements, including designing and implementing custom objects, fields, layouts, dashboards, and reports. - Designing, building, and maintaining workflows, processes, and automation rules within Salesforce SalesCloud, CPQ to streamline business operations i.e. Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Quotes, and Ordering processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and usability. - Overseeing the integration between Salesforce CPQ Cloud, MuleSoft, and Sage/SAP ERP to ensure seamless data flow and consistency - Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support Salesforce users and ensure adoption. - Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system performance and usability. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and ensure system stability. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Developer are a plus - Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on SalesCloud and CPQ. - Proficiency in the Mulesoft integration platform and experience integrating Salesforce with other systems. - Experience with Sage ERP integration and administration is highly desirable. -Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
