IT Management Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and telecommunications.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT-related projects, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical support to staff and guests, manage the IT support team, and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Lead and develop the IT team, set clear goals and performance expectations, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, hardware, software.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About this Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality-specific software, knowledge of cloud computing and visualization technologies, and experience in implementing IT systems in a multi-site environment.
