Role & Responsibility:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
  • Creating business development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and new connects
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Understand Sales targets and take initiative to achieve the same.
  • Lead Management Followups close the deals.
  • Customer Acquisition Life Cycle Management.
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them.
  • Built strong crossfunctional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Help seniors with preparing financial projections and sales targets

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in MBA sales in or relevant field.
  • Expertise in Application Sales & Software Solutions Sales, Enterprise Sales.
  • Ability and maturity to sell and build relationships and expand on new relationships.
  • Able to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability.
