Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Modifyed Digital, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies. Your deep understanding of digital marketing services will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase agency capabilities and solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their digital marketing objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B sales and enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong network within the digital marketing industry.
