Role Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to become part of our team.
- As a Business Development Manager, your main tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business possibilities, nurturing client connections, and devising strategic approaches to engage potential clients for meetings.
- Planning and supervising fresh marketing campaigns.
- BDM role necessitates prior experience in the IT sector, especially in application and web development.
- Critical skills for this role include strong negotiation capabilities.
- Researching organizations and personalities to unearth fresh prospects.
- Enhancing the value of existing clients while alluring new ones.
- Exploring and cultivating new markets to boost sales.
- Participation in conferences, assemblies, and sector occasions.
- Crafting quotes and proposals for clientele.
- Establishing targets for team growth and business expansion and ensuring their accomplishment.
- Coaching staff and supporting team members in their growth; significant experience in business development, sales, or similar positions
- Proven proficiency in lead generation and deal sealing
- Past involvement in sales, marketing, or equivalent domain
- Effective communication abilities and fluency in IT jargon.
- Noteworthy communication and bargaining skills
- Demonstrated history of attaining or surpassing sales objectives
- Insight into software development sector and tech trends
- Capability to construct and preserve solid client bonds
- Profound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven and motivated to produce outcomes
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline
- Skillful in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
