  • Coaching staff and supporting team members in their growth; significant experience in business development, sales, or similar positions
  • Proven proficiency in lead generation and deal sealing
  • Past involvement in sales, marketing, or equivalent domain
  • Effective communication abilities and fluency in IT jargon.
  • Noteworthy communication and bargaining skills
  • Demonstrated history of attaining or surpassing sales objectives
  • Insight into software development sector and tech trends
  • Capability to construct and preserve solid client bonds
  • Profound problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven and motivated to produce outcomes
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • Skillful in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
