The Role.


As a Sales Coach within our dynamic website and hosting industry team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales performance of our young professionals.

Your primary objective will be to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to our sales team members, empowering them to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth.

This role demands a keen understanding of sales methodologies, effective communication skills, and a passion for developing talent in a remote setting.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark:

Sales Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our sales professionals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individuals and teams to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

Performance Analysis and Improvement:

  • Analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategies for addressing performance gaps and optimizing sales processes.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives and track progress towards sales targets.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand new features, enhancements, and value propositions.
  • Translate technical information into compelling sales messages and training materials for the sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional communication and knowledgesharing to drive synergy across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to address customer feedback, product issues, and process improvements.

Deliverables:

  • A highperforming sales team equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Improved sales performance metrics, including increased conversion rates, higher average deal sizes, and shorter sales cycles.
  • Regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions that enhance the capabilities of our sales professionals.
  • Actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes, addressing customer needs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong collaboration and alignment between the sales team, product teams, and other key stakeholders.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed:

  • 5-7 yrs. in Sales and
  • 3 yrs of proven experience in sales coaching, training, or mentoring, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive decisionmaking and performance improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with experience managing virtual teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications in sales training or coaching are a plus.
