We are looking to hire an experienced, GEM Portal Expert,


To be successful as a GEM Portal Expert, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

GEM Portal Expert Responsibilities

  • GeM Account Maintenance of all Companies under CONNET. Keeping the GeM Accounts up to date and regularly monitoring any updates made available on the GeM Portal
GeM Bid

  • Mining of Tenders / GeM Bid document related to Company's Business Basket on GeM Portal
  • Collating all the available GeM Bids which are live /published by various Government Departments on GeM Portal
  • Reviewing the Terms and Conditions of the all the collated bid documents and identifying the bid documents wherein the relevant Group Company can bid based on the Eligibility Criteria and GeM Terms & Conditions
  • Preparation of the Online and Offline Bids for submission
  • Submitting of Representations and Clarifications on behalf of the Company for related Bids
  • Keeping a track on the Bid Process of each Bid and accordingly take appropriate action
  • Order Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal
  • Coordinating and Communicating with the client counterpart for completion of the GeM Bid & GeM Order Processes
  • Coordinating with the Company's Accounts Team and also with the Client Counterpart for submission or release of EMD, Performance Security & other financial matters related to GeM Portal or Bids
Product Upload

  • Identification of the Category wherein Company's product could be uploaded
  • Identification of the Technical Specifications of the Product as per the GeM Template
  • Uploading of the necessary details and coordinating with the OEM & GeM Team for successful publishing of the product on GeM Portal
  • Regularly monitoring the receipt of Orders and Stock Status of all the products uploaded on GeM Portal for all the Companies
  • Order Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal
for Uploaded Products

Client Side

  • Assisting the Client in running the GeM Process and successful completion of the same within the given time frame
  • Coordinating with the client & apprising the client of the various stages of the Bid Process and assisting them in completion of the same
Misc

  • Documentation of all the GeM Bids, Products and Processes
  • Coordinating with various internal teams for the purpose

Required Skills:

  • Sound Knowledge of GeM Processes & User Interface
  • Buyer Side & Seller Side
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of various tools required for Tender or Bid Submission
  • Letter Drafting skills is must
  • English, Hindi & Punjabi language proficiency
  • Reading, Writing & Speaking
  • Knowledge & Awareness of General Finance Rules, Chandigarh Government Procurement Manuals, Procurement Policies and associates GRs
  • Understanding of Public Procurement Process and approval system in Government

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
