  • Revenuegoals : US$ 2 million (1year)
  • Leadgeneration: Generate leadsthrough various channels like networking cold calling attendingindustry events and following up on marketing qualified leads(MQLs).
  • Clientrelationship building: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients byunderstanding their needs and proposing solutions that addressthem.
  • Salespipeline management: Managethe sales pipeline by nurturing leads qualifying them and movingthem through the salescycle.
  • Proposaldevelopment: Involve incrafting proposals and presentations that showcase thecompany's value proposition to potentialclients.
  • Develop and implementa sales strategy to achieve or exceed predefined sales targets forICT services in the definedregion.

2.Strategy &Planning:

  • Developgrowth plans: Create andimplement strategies to achieve business development goals focusedon revenue growth and marketexpansion.
  • Marketresearch: Research tounderstand target markets competitor activity and emerging trendsin the industry.
  • Identifyopportunities: Activelyseek out new business opportunities which could involve new marketscustomer segments partnerships or serviceofferings.

3.Partnering &Collaboration:

  • Developpartnerships: Identify anddevelop strategic partnerships with other businesses to expandreach access new markets or offer complementary solutions.Establish partnerships with hyper scalers like Azure AWS and Googlein definedgeography
  • Internalcollaboration: Collaboratewith various internal departments like marketing salespresales/business analysis technical delivery teams and financeteams to ensure a cohesive approach to businessdevelopment.

4. Whatto sell & Whom tosell:

  • What tosell: Primary focus will beto sell Data Analytics AI Product Engineering Cloud ServicesManaged Services Technology Consulting Digital Transformationprojects
  • Whom tosell: Small to Mediumbusinesses and large enterprises to whom Rysun's abovetechnology services need to be sold. Also industries like Retailand Hitech will be an area offocus.

5.Reporting &Analysis:

  • Trackand report on performance: Track key metrics related to their activities such as the number ofleads generated conversion rates and revenue generated from newclients. Weekly monthly and quarterly review meetings will beconducted.
  • Analyzedata and trends: Analyzedata and market trends to identify areas for improvement and informfuture business developmentstrategies.

6.AdditionalResponsibilities:

  • Stay upto date: Continuouslyupdate knowledge about industry trends competitor offerings and thecompany's products or services. Give presentations andpitches asrequired.
  • Travel: Will be requiredinternationally.
