Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential B2B opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics. Identify target markets, sectors, and companies with potential for business growth and expansion.

Lead Generation: Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital marketing initiatives. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders within target B2B accounts. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and propose solutions to address their needs.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with B2B clients to secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Close sales and finalize contractual agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing ongoing account management, support, and customer service. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products, services, or solutions to existing B2B clients. Expand account penetration and increase revenue through strategic account growth initiatives.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions and support seamless customer experiences.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and key business indicators related to B2B business development activities. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and strategic planning purposes.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B sales and business development. Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Salary:
₹80,000.00 per month
