**Job Title: Business Development Manager (Edtech)**

**Location**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the edtech sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, educational organizations, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions based on market needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
