We are seeking a

Technical Support Engineer II

to join our Level 2 Platform Support Team.

In this role you will engage with customers to assist them in resolving location-based business challenges and expedite the realization of value from HERE's products and services.

The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in the relevant software skillset and is genuinely passionate about ensuring customer success. They should exhibit enthusiasm for learning new technologies and have a penchant for sharing knowledge with others.

A HERE Technical Support Engineer is committed to building enduring relationships with customers, embraces rapid learning, and is dedicated to diligently resolving customer issues.


Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:2-5 years of relevant technical experience.
Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in mobile app development for various platforms:
Android, iOS or flutterFull stack development expertise is highly desirable: front- and backend development experience

Programming languages:
Java or any other OO languagesKnowledge on JavaScript development with modern frameworks like angular, react etc.
Knowledge on cloud services, e.g., AWS and its tooling is beneficial.

Customer-Centric:
Comfortable working directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Problem Solving:
Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Adaptability:
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.
