About the Job:

We're seeking a talented Presales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Presales Specialist at Spire.AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales initiatives by providing expert support during the presales process.

You will be responsible for showcasing our suite of talent SaaS products to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition and capabilities of our offerings. Your role will encompass conducting product demos, creating client presentations, facilitating webinars, and collaborating with both internal teams and clients to develop tailored presales pitch.

Responsibilities:

Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the use cases, features and functionalities of our talent SaaS products
  • Prepare and deliver demos to align with the specific persona, needs and challenges of prospective clients

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all talent SaaS products offered by the company
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to talent technology

Client Presentations and Collateral:

  • Create compelling client presentations and presales collateral materials
  • Ensure that presentations effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the presales process
  • Conduct demo webinars to reach a broader audience and generate interest in our solutions

Solution Development:

  • Work closely with the client, product development and implementation teams to develop functional and technical workflows
  • Prepare detailed operating models and solution approach notes to address client requirements
  • Understand the client's existing talent process and technology landscape for converting into the pre and post-implementation process and technical designs

Proposal Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing proposals, including pricing, service offerings, and implementation timelines
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure that proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client
  • Create operating model and ROI framework which will e used during sales cycle as well as part of the proposal

Client Engagement:

  • Engage directly with clients during solutioning and presales discussions, providing expertise and guidance to address their challenges and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and confidence in our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or a similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably in talent management or HR technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge of talent management processes and best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for creating presentations, conducting demos, and managing client engagements
