You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office operations.
  • Create events for each important dates such as employee's anniversary, Christmas party, company outing.
  • Act as Liaison of the office.
  • Maintain the supplies for the office.
  • Help other employees if necessary.
  • All tasks assign by the National Sales Manager and by the HR.

Skills Required / Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Office Administration or related courses.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Must be a people person and able to look beyond analytics, and is attuned to employee concerns
  • Have knowledge in the following: Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Training & Development
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
  • Good organizational, planning, and followup skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have good writing and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Preferably lives in Bangalore.
