Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • To manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the admin & reception activates (day to day)
  • Answering all the inbound calls and transferring to the concerned dept if required
  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
  • Maintaingthe Address book of new customer's details, Bescom, All invoice
  • Maintaining inward and out ward courier records
  • Arranging to issue ID cards, Visiting cards to employees based on the request and approval
  • Coordinating with the vendor for change in printer catreidge
  • Stationary request
  • Follow up with couriers and Logistics to trace the shipment for the delivery
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Associate's in a related field

Min 1-2 years relevant experience

Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
