Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
  • Guide visitors to the appropriate person and department
  • Manage incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary supplies
  • Handle daily mail and deliveries
  • Ensure office security procedures are followed
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying

Requirements:

  • Degree with additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Strong communication and proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Customer service mindset

Job Types:
