Opportunity / role :

Receptionist cum office administrator; Experience: 1 to 3 years (total career and relevant experience); Work location: Koramangala 5th Block (near Jyothi Nivas College); Linguistic skills (read, write, speak): Kannada, English; Qualification: any Graduate.


Experience & Soft skills:

Must be Smart, Dynamic, possess good handwriting, oral & written communication skills, able to take ownership of the tasks / activities.


Responsibilities and Duties in Brief:

  • Perform regular Receptionist & office admin activities as per the job role and business needs, maintain various front desk registers, tracking of documents, manage office logistics, collaborate / coordinate with service providers, vendors as per office and business needs.
  • Manage tasks / followups, etc for senior management with internal and external stakeholders / staff members.
  • Manage customer and other related data, manage property bookings when received, reports preparation, etc.
  • Manage various customer, real estate lands & other records, documentation both manually and digitally.
  • Manage and monitor office support staff and day to day office needs, manage office cleanliness, stationary and other supplies, etc.
  • Ability to develop skills on the job.
  • Willing to learn and perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
