The Service Governance & Insights Professional delivers efforts focused on service governance across the service organisation, ensuring policies and standards are visible and achieved as well as leads efforts to enable the service platform's ability to innovate.


What you'll be doing

  • Supports the design and delivery of a framework that shares leading practices on team model designs, tools, and governance.
  • Supports the Service Governance & Insight workstream of one or more critical deployments, enabling customer support readiness and on-going service innovation.
  • Supports the design of customer support and governance models.
  • Participates in advanced customer discussions.
  • Identifies operational priorities and impacts, that support alignment to strategic decisions.
  • Supports the analysis of Service performance/ metrics and the implementation of Service improvement opportunities with a cross section of stakeholders across the business.
  • Supports with the definition, development and documentation of Service Operations processes and procedures, supporting the identification and documentation of system and tool requirements for optimal operations of the relevant offerings or capabilities.
  • Supports automation, tooling and monitoring opportunities across the delivery unit.
  • Executes risk analysis in supporting strategies with functional leaders across service disciplines.
  • Implements ways to improve working processes within the area of service governance & insight.
  • Supports compliance activities and internal and external audits with respect to appropriate processes and standards.
